What was wrong?
The (currently open) EIPs PRs ethereum/EIPs#9287, ethereum/EIPs#9288, ethereum/EIPs#9289, modify the system contract addresses to contain the final addresses where the contracts will be deployed in mainnet, and the current addresses in devnet-6 branch will become out of date.
How was it fixed?
The contract addresses have been updated.
