Updated 3 broken links in English documentation: - erc-721-vyper-annotated-code: replaced with ethereum.org events/logs docs - formal-verification: replaced with Wayback Machine archived version - golang: replaced with Wayback Machine archived version

Looks good, thanks for flagging @shalom-ezekiel! Appreciate the archive link for the first one, the format-verification link seems to still break even through archive so removing instead.
