Translation review: Swahili (sw) part 13

Reviewed 23 JSON files. Found and fixed several Crowdin artifacts and translation issues.

Issues fixed (committed directly)

1. Spurious ''...''. quote wrappers (76 occurrences)

• page-roadmap.json — 51 values wrapped in ''text.'' or ''text.''
• page-start.json — 24 values wrapped similarly
• page-stablecoins.json — 1 value

These are Crowdin artifacts where translators accidentally introduced paired single-quote wrappers around the entire text. All removed.

2. Spurious trailing periods (60+ occurrences)

• English "Share" became Swahili "Shiriki." (with added period)
• English "In production" became "Kwenye uzalishaji." (with added period)
• Cleaned across page-roadmap.json and page-start.json

3. Broken HTML tag in page-layer-2-learn.json

• <strong> at end of string should have been </strong> (closing tag)
• Would have caused rendering issues

4. Curly quote artifacts

• page-roadmap.json: leading \u201c (left double quote) on page-roadmap-faq-2-p1
• page-resources.json: wrapping \u201c...\u201d quotes on page-resources-network-resilience-supermajority-description

5. Untranslated English text

• page-trillion-dollar-security.json: "Phishing via lookalike domains..." left in English — translated to Swahili
• page-what-is-ethereum.json: "automatically enforce agreements" inside <strong> tag left in English — translated
• page-what-is-ethereum.json: "Issue digital IDs" inside <strong> tag left in English — translated

6. Brand name misspelling

• page-what-is-ethereum.json: "Etherium" (2 occurrences) corrected to "Ethereum"

7. Missing space before placeholder

• page-start.json: katika{url} fixed to katika {url}

Quality notes (not blocking)

• Brand names (Ethereum, ETH, Bitcoin, Solidity, Vyper, MetaMask, COINBASE, etc.) are correctly preserved in English throughout
• Technical units (ETH, Wei, Gwei, Gas) correctly untranslated
• No code snippets found in these files
• URLs and paths are intact
• The Swahili reads naturally overall — good quality translations from Crowdin contributors
• Some terminology choices are creative (e.g., "kiambajengo" for blockchain, "matone" for blobs, "mnyororo wa taa ya onyo" for Beacon chain) — these are consistent and workable

LGTM after fixes.
