Translation Quality Review - Swahili (sw) Part 09

1. ''text'' Crowdin artifacts (3 files, ~86 occurrences)

• governance/index.md (38 occurrences) - Stripped double-single-quote wrapping from sentences
• eips/index.md (10 occurrences) - Same pattern, plus fixed double-periods left behind
• ethereum-forks/index.md (1 occurrence)

2. Translated @ handles in eips/index.md

• Crowdin translated (@axic) to (kwaaxic), (@Pandapip1) to (kwaPandapip1), etc.
• Restored all 12 GitHub handles to their original @username format

3. Translated code inside code blocks (2 files)

• waffle-test-simple-smart-contract/index.md: Reverted translated Solidity require() messages, JS describe()/it() strings, and code comments back to English
• short-abi/index.md: Reverted ~30 translated Solidity @dev comments, require() messages, and JS test comments back to English

Issues Noted (not fixed)

Translation quality varies across files:

• Developer tutorials (waffle, uniswap-v2, short-abi): Generally good Swahili prose with accurate technical terms
• governance/index.md, eips/index.md: Reasonable quality but verbose ("pendekezo la uendelezaji wa Ethereum" repeated heavily instead of using "EIP" shorthand)
• guides/how-to-create-an-ethereum-account/index.md: Noticeably lower quality in final paragraphs (lines 67-75) with degraded grammar suggesting less polished machine translation
• roadmap/merge/index.md: Content is stale (describes The Merge in future tense while English source now uses past tense) - this is expected for older Crowdin translations

Brand names and technical terms: ETH, Gwei, Gas, Solidity, Ethereum, Uniswap, Waffle, Hardhat all correctly preserved throughout.

No build-breaking issues found: MDX components intact, URLs valid, no split inline HTML tags.
