Translation Review: Marathi (mr) - Part 12

Issues Found & Fixed

Garbled transliteration "अथेरम" -> "Ethereum" (4 occurrences in 3 files)

The transliteration "अथेरम" is an incorrect Devanagari rendering that doesn't match either the standard transliteration "इथेरियम" or the English brand name "Ethereum". Fixed to use "Ethereum" (English) to match the consistent style used throughout the rest of this import batch.

• Technical units preserved: ETH, Gwei, Wei, Gas (as "गॅस" transliteration), TWh, TPS all correct
• Client names preserved: Besu, Erigon, Geth, Nethermind, Reth, Lighthouse, Lodestar, Nimbus, Teku, Prysm
• URLs intact: All GitHub, Discord, Crowdin, DeFi Llama, and internal /glossary/, /developers/docs/ links preserved
• HTML markup preserved: <a href>, <strong>, <b>, <i>, <em> tags all intact
• Template variables preserved: {name}, {year}, {days}, {q}, {{number}} all correct
• No Crowdin artifacts: No ''text'' wrappers or garbled duplicates detected
• Natural Marathi: Translations read fluently with proper Devanagari script throughout
• Consistent transliteration style: Newer translations correctly use English "Ethereum" while some legacy strings use "इथेरियम" (valid transliteration)

Pre-existing Issues (not in this PR's scope)

• common.json line 121: "मतभेदावर" (meaning "disagreements") is a mistranslation of the brand name "Discord" - should be left as "Discord"
• Multiple files outside this PR contain the "अथेरम" garbled transliteration (page-learn.json, page-index.json, page-what-is-ethereum.json, etc.)

Verdict

Good quality translation import. One systematic issue fixed (garbled "अथेरम" transliteration in 3 PR-scoped files). Pushed fix in 23d844c.
