Telugu text inside code fences (180 lines across 2 files):

• developers/docs/oracles/index.md — 1 Solidity code block had all comments translated to Telugu (24 lines)
• developers/docs/smart-contracts/anatomy/index.md — 10 code blocks (Solidity/Python) had comments translated to Telugu (156 lines)

Crowdin translated inline code comments (e.g., // list of requests made to the contract → // కాంట్రాక్ట్‌కు చేసిన అభ్యర్థనల జాబితా) and require() error strings. These were restored to the English source to keep code examples functional and readable.

Fix pushed in commit 0f22da72.
