Issue fixed

Telugu script contamination in kickstart-your-dapp-frontend-development-with-create-eth-app/index.md:

• Line 38: ఇప్పటికీ ఎక్కువగా ఉపయోగించబడుతుంది → இன்னும் அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது
• Line 55: ఇప్పటికీ → இன்னும்

These Telugu phrases ("is still mostly used" / "still") leaked from Crowdin's Telugu translation into the Tamil file. Fixed in commit 6c4af34.

Note on translated code comments

15 files contain Tamil text inside code fences (294 instances total). These are all translated code comments and UI string literals - a known Crowdin behavior where translators translate content inside code blocks. The worst offenders are:

• optimism-std-bridge-annotated-code/index.md (143 hits) - Solidity comments
• nft-minter/index.md (54 hits) - JSX text and JS comments
• merkle-proofs-for-offline-data-integrity/index.md (25 hits) - JS comments

This is cosmetic (code samples would not run correctly if copy-pasted), but not a build-breaking issue and is consistent with how other language translations handle this.
