Translation review: Ukrainian (uk) — part 03

23 files reviewed covering consensus-mechanisms/, dapps/, data-and-analytics/, data-availability/, and data-structures-and-encoding/.

Issues found and fixed (032557b)

1. Cyrillic inside code fences (42 lines across 3 files)
Crowdin translated Python code comments, docstrings, and inline descriptions that sit inside ``` blocks. These should remain in English to preserve code correctness.

• pos/rewards-and-penalties/index.md — 5-line numbered list inside a code fence was fully translated
• pow/mining/mining-algorithms/dagger-hashimoto/index.md — 14 translated code comments/docstrings
• pow/mining/mining-algorithms/ethash/index.md — 23 translated code comments

All code blocks restored from the English source.

2. Untranslated heading + partial paragraph (pow/mining/index.md)

• Line 30: heading ## Why do miners exist? was left in English
• Line 32: first sentence of the paragraph was English, second sentence was Ukrainian

Both translated to Ukrainian.

Checks passed (no issues)

• No Crowdin typographic artifacts ('' outside code)
• No Russian-specific characters (ё, ъ, ы, э)
• No broken markdown links
• No split inline HTML tags
• No escaped markdown syntax
• No broken URLs
