Add Bitwise (formerly Attestant) to the staking products list. They provide institutional-grade non-custodial staking services and have been operating since December 2020. Fixes ethereum#17097

@minimalsm - I'm a bit confused by this PR. It looks like a slightly incorrect version of the PR I already raised... I did put on the original issue I was willing to work on the PR myself and I raised at the same time. |
