[Text] Fix capitalisation of word gold and terawatt (common nouns should be written in lower case)

I see no reason why the word gold should be written in upper case here, as it is a common noun (see https://www.quora.com/When-writing-names-of-metals-should-they-be-capitalized-or-should-they-be-written-in-all-lower-case)

Same for "terawatt". "For example, in English and French, even when the unit is named after a person and its symbol begins with a capital letter, the unit name in running text should start with a lowercase letter (e.g., newton, hertz, pascal) and is capitalised only at the beginning of a sentence and in headings and publication titles" (according to Wikipedia).
