chore: update shapeshift wallet listing

Updates the ShapeShfit wallet listing to re-include the web wallet aspect and couple updates on the flags.

Description

• Re-inclusion of the web wallet aspect (Firefox/Chrome)
• Removal of the NFT support (feature removed)
• Addition of the Hardware wallet support (Ledger, Keepkey are supported currently and soon GridPlus)
• Update of the support/documentation links to the correct website (Zendesk isn't updated/deprecated).

After checking the preview build I've noticed that the link to our homepage on mobile doesn't focus on wallet creation as much as I wanted but we're fixing this soon with a "Create a wallet" button. Thanks for the quick merge @wackerow !
