Noting there are non-English pages linking to this as well. I've updated the redirects so these will go back to the translation-program page, but we should also update this english-version change to Crowdin so it flows to the rest. Thanks!

Remove the content buckets page for translation contributors and links to it
This page was regularly out of date anyway and not a very useful resource for contributors, so I'd remove it regardless of how we ultimately handle content buckets moving forward
