Changes Made

This PR updates the Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons in the homepage hero section:

1. Button Order Change

   • Swapped the positions of the "Networks" and "Dapps" buttons
   • New order: Find Wallet → Get ETH → Dapps → Build apps

2. New "Build apps" Button

   • Replaced the "Networks" button with a new "Build apps" CTA
   • Added new translations:

     "page-index-cta-build-apps-label": "Build apps"
     "page-index-cta-build-apps-description": "Put your idea on chain"

   • Links to /developers/ section
   • Added a custom rocket/pen icon that matches the button's theme color using currentColor

3. Cleanup

   • Removed unused translation strings:

     "page-index-cta-networks-label": "Choose a network"
     "page-index-cta-networks-description": "Enjoy minimal fees"

Visual Changes

• The new "Build apps" button uses the same color scheme (text-accent-b hover:text-accent-b-hover)
• Added a new SVG icon that inherits the button's text color
• Maintains responsive layout (2x2 grid on mobile, single row on desktop)

Please verify:

• All 4 CTAs are properly aligned and responsive
• "Build apps" button links to /developers/
• Icon color matches the text and changes on hover
• Translations are working correctly
