Thanks @Antrikshgwal! Looks like the Aztec grants link is no longer valid... saw an archive link to an old round, but didn't see a general-purpose grants information page from thee, though please feel free to drop a note or open another PR if you know of one. Pulling in the Arbitrum update

Oh my bad, looks like #16073 had already done this... Though the issue with the Aztec grants link no longer working still persists so separately we'll need to remove that. |
