The gas limit has increased. Updating references of 15M and 30M to 18M and 36M.

Thanks @HSuke! Sorry for delay here... since this update the gas limit has changed significantly again (~45M now, and will change more in the future)...

As such, made a couple adjustments to try and future-proof this a bit, by using relative terms where possible, and disclaiming the table as an example using 36M as a demonstrative value for the gas limit. Also added a touch more to the explanation about how this is a linear adjustment, working in both directly, and a link out to a block explorer chart showing the gas limit changes over time.
