docs: fix 404 links

Hi! This is my first pull request here, hope I got everything right.

What's been done:

1. Updated Nethermind documentation links in 4 files:

   • Removed the outdated /nethermind segment from the URL (now points to the correct https://docs.nethermind.io/)
   • Affected files in Indonesian, Romanian, Russian, and the bug-bounty component

2. Removed OSUVOX entry from dapps.tsx:

   • The project is no longer available at the link (website is down)
   • Removed the card to avoid "dead" references
