docs: fix wording in "YouTube and X" section

Description

I noticed a wording issue in the "YouTube and X formerly (Twitter)" heading.
The phrase "formerly (Twitter)" sounded a bit unnatural, so I adjusted it to "YouTube and X (formerly Twitter)" for better readability.
