verifier-onlybranch no longer exists.Also, I'm not quite sure which branch to use in the cuddleproof.pie links. I think dev is the closest, but the
IsValidWhiskShuffleProofdefinition here is missing thecrsparameter. Maybe something to fix in a separate PR.
