This PR proposes ERC-6884: Delegatable Utility Tokens for NFTs
It defines a standard interface for binding utility rights to ERC-721 tokens while allowing usage rights to be delegated, but not transferred. This enables utilities to be shared without diluting the value of the origin NFT, with no additional minting or burning required.
