I believe it'd be more correct to use archive.org links instead of updating to a new URL. |

while that might be good idea for generic links, its better to maintain ethereum links to the freshest one, and make be make the ethereum org teams aware of maintaining link redirections or find/update them in EIPs when they make one, |
