This is a repository containing all the third party software used by the ETE tools (http://etetoolkit.org, https://github.com/jhcepas/ete)).

It is used to keep a frozen and versioned copy of all the applications used to run analysis and build phylogenetic trees using ETE, thus improving reproducibility of results.

All the maintened external sofware is open/free software. Code and licenses are available within the src/ directory.
