Patch release for #155, #154, #139 and #149.
Fixed: both
AddEscalatedoverloads left services unregistered. Following the README broke inbound email and webhook dispatch and silently dropped @-mentions. The parameterless overload couldn't build nine controllers and ran no background services at all.Changed: EF Core 9.0.20 across every project, plus the latest test-package patches.
This bumps
