Currently, only physical nodes are able to query cfgdb. It is desirable that this kind of queries should be available also from service VMs. This functionality will also be neded in future upgrades.

Solution: cfgdb01 VM will get scripts to manipulate with config db (zookeeper). cfgdb* is also the only service VM that has credentials to access the zookeeper.
