Fix Enso Cloud tests in Extra Nightly Tests workflow

These tests were always failing since being added.

The fix at #10977 did not fix them fully yet.

We need to investigate and fix the tests. The ticket should be closed once we finally see a green run.

Progress: Getting up-to-date after timeoff - catching up on codebase changes. Trying to finish a pending PR with prototype of reportng test failures in GH actions in a more visible way. Investigating why the Cloud tests kept failing - seems like missing secrets? It should be finished by 2024-10-03.

#11223 has fixed the workflow and the Cloud tests are finally being run correctly. But there are still failures.

I tried to fix them in #11235.
