Documents the move from Azure DevOps (brute-force/Case/Case.Flow) to en-gen/wayfinder, and the Case.Flow → Wayfinder rename.

Contains the ADO→GitHub parity table, the work-item mapping, follow-ups, and — most importantly — the two items that need a human:

  1. gh auth refresh -h github.com -s workflow — the token lacks the workflow scope, so GitHub rejects any push touching .github/workflows/*. This is the only thing blocking CI/CD; both workflows are written and committed locally, one push away.
  2. Branch protection — not available on private repos on GitHub Free (a regression from ADO, whose free tier gave branch policies on private repos). Upgrade en-gen to Team, or accept convention-only.

Azure DevOps is untouched and remains the legacy record.

the branch-protection plan decision).

migration script's own summary.
