* Include extra data in AdminInfo lookup, only find location for PENDING - Each record was doing a bunch of additional query calls for this data since there were 1000+ records that needed all of this data - Location calls go to an external API, and we only need the data for pending records to help make decisions, so exclude the lookup for records we've already made decisions about * Linting fixes
This will allow Support to set names to any capitalization style in cases where a user reaches out because of our auto-capitalization system
