New gem version

Is there going to be a new Gem version with the latest changes? It would be greatly appreciated!

@pomartel - I've pushed the latest HEAD as a namespaced gem that you're welcome to use until a canonical gem is released by @emk: https://rubygems.org/gems/tobias-sinatra-url-for
