Fix emilk#4123. Looks like it was caused by emilk#3875.

wgpufeatures opt-in foregui-wgpuusers.For
eframe, I opted to enable somewgpufeatures so users can still useeframewithout having to also opt-in to extra ewgpu features (eframe is batteries-included).
