Converted to C, added query and toggle, and improved error reporting and general code quality.

If using the .sh to install, be sure to run as root and set your install path to /usr/local from the command-line.

Be sure to set the setuid flag on the binary (it should be in /usr/local/bin/pwr after installing from the .sh) after installation, and ensure it's owned by root.

Initial release of CPack. The .sh is a self-contained installer script. To install it, run:

sudo ./Pwr-1.0.1-Linux.sh --prefix=/usr/local (choose n when it asks you where to install to, so that it doesn't add the Pwr-1.0.1-Linux directory as a prefix.)
