  1. [CLEANUP beta] Remove ComponentTemplateDeprecation mixin. 

    Specifying `template` or `templateName` to a Component has been
deprecated (and moved to `layout` or `layoutName`) for a very long time
(1.3.x).

This removes that long deprecated behavior.
