Add generic 2026

I don't know actual dates in 2026, so I went with a generic "September 2026" for now. If those dates are already established, please lmk

Nice! Just a few comments:

• speaker images broken on 2025 schedule page, e.g.:

• "Submit a paper" should be removed on 2026 landing page
• both "Submit a paper" and "Get your ticket" should be removed on 2025 landing page
• dates are Sep 17+18

I noticed two things that should be done before this can be merged:

• We have a new organizer whom I asked to send a photo we could use
• We'll need to create a Ti.to event for 2026 so that people can start buying tickets right away
