This PR updates the
ember-rfc176-datadependency to the latest version which includes a totally new layout. I've extracted adeprecations.jsfile that transforms the new layout to the old layout regarding theold-shims.jsfile. This should result in no user-facing changes as the same JSON data is bundled as before.Closes #135
