Add BuiltBench results (a benchmark proposed for engineering domain)

The added results are associated with a new benchmark recently proposed on mteb: #1911

Initial results are derived from a subset of top-performing models with <1B params:

• 'sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L12-v2',
• 'sentence-transformers/paraphrase-multilingual-MiniLM-L12-v2',
• 'thenlper/gte-large',
• 'thenlper/gte-small',
• 'dunzhang/stella_en_400M_v5',
• 'Snowflake/snowflake-arctic-embed-m-v2.0'

Checklist (adding new results)

• Run tests locally to make sure nothing is broken using make test.
• Run the results files checker make pre-push.
