This release adds an important and often requested feature to fetch project dependencies directly from Git repositories. It is important to be able for using the tool in semi-private projects that are not published as Elisp packages anywhere. This is somewhat similar to package-vc-install in Emacs 29 or no-archive package installers such as Quelpa or straight.el.
There are also several minor bugfixes.
