The original maintainer, Bill Lorensen, of the website hosting the VTK file documentation and examples has sadly passed away, and the referenced github site is no longer maintained.
Many thanks to Bill, whose contributions have immensely helped the development of this library.

All references need to be updated to point to the same site hosted and maintained now by kitware.
