[BUG] On initial registration page, logo can be cut off

Whilst I assume this is something likely dependent on resolution, this shows what the initial registration page looks like on my screen. Note the scroll bar on the right hand side, I can't scroll up any further.

There is still downward scrolling to get me all the way to the register button, so functionally this isn't an issue, only visually.

If I zoom out in my browser, I am able to see the complete picture:
