Even though it returns a String, hexadecimal is a number according to its definition.

Here is Faker Ruby reference.
This change introduces
Faker.String.hexadecimal/0
andFaker.String.hexadecimal/1
for a generation of random hexadecimal strings of a given length.I've added:
