Update the way pictos are displayed on the room list, following those rules from Figma:

So it depends on the fields

  • RoomInfo.userDefinedNotificationMode
  • RoomInfo.numUnreadMessages for the notification count (from this PR)
  • RoomInfo.numUnreadMentions for the highlight count (from this PR)
