UIFeature.advancedSettings set to False not honoured #30568
Description
Steps to reproduce
When UIFeature.advancedSettings is set to False I still see Advanced settings in creating rooms, and I don't see any settings disabled/hidden in the user settings section either
Outcome
I expect at least the Advanced settings in creating rooms to be hidden, but other advanced settings in user settings hidden/disabled too (but not sure which ones to expect)
