ci: download Apple Developer ID Intermediate certificate #1500

This is missing on CircleCI machines and causes the new certificate for macOS code signing to not be seen as valid.

Coverage Status

coverage: 87.257%. remained the same
when pulling 9df8b75 on ci-apple-intermediate-cert
into b2a2051 on main.
