feat: isolate rustfs skills

Summary

• add a skill-scoped RustFS datum with quickstart Docker usage and credentials
• add to mirror a single skill directory (via or optional ), bind it into RustFS in a namespace, and provide start/stop/status helpers
• document the isolation workflow in so Claude agents run the helper before starting a skill task
• fix the CLI entrypoint to drop undefined variants and unused imports
• build a demonstrative ansible stack () and queue tooling so playbooks stay ordered
• add TRIZ-based guidance () showing how to keep b00t + Ansible workflows synergistic
