@gauravsinghania already did a first try to add a second y axis with his pull request #4585. However, he did the changes for an old Kibana version and an automatic merge into a newer Kibana version was not possible. Since @gauravsinghania did not retry with a second pull request, I ported his changes manually to Kibana 5. I only changed the input options to checkbox, in order to allow a de-selection.
I would love to move the checkboxes from the current location (directly visible in the "metrics") to the options that opens when configuring the aggregation options. Any commants on that? If you like it, maybe you can give me a hint how to do that.
So, maybe we can start with that and hopefully solve #2390 for Kibana 5.
