After some discussion it was decided to go with another approach.

From @ph

Ron, Andres and I had a discussion over zoom and we discussed the changes above and we come to the following conclusion:

We need to make sure we don't have conflicting IDs.
We are not sure yet if that logic should happens in kibana.

We agree to do the following:

- Ingest Manager will revert the Kibana ID changes. https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/70502 (PH to track it)
- Integration teams will review their packages and appends the prefix in the package itself. (Andres to track it)
- We will rediscuss the courses of action for 7.10 and how the tooling can help.

Therefore this change will revert changes in this PR: #70502
