Backports the following commits to 6.7:
zh-CN.jsontranslations and respective compatibility checks via i18n tools (Addzh-CN.jsontranslations and respective compatibility checks via i18n tools #30378)NOTE: 69 translates became unused in 6.7 since we merged translations. With the compatibility check we introduced in this PR these won't go unnoticed in the future (cc @Bamieh @jinmu03). At least people will be aware of that.
