This PR temporarily sets the
discover.isEsqlDefaultfeature flag tofalsefor all Scout tests in the Discover plugin. These tests are currently failing in the MKI QA environment as 1) the feature flag was turned on in that environment 2) tests aren't expecting the ESQL editor to be the default editor.We'll explore options with the team on next step - but let's disable the feature flag for the time being to unblock our Scout serverless pipeline.
