Updated the error message URL from the deprecated /guide/en/kibana/9.2/ format to the current /docs/explore-analyze/ documentation structure. Fixes elastic#244942 ## Summary Updates the alerting authorization documentation URL used in error messages from the deprecated `/guide/en/kibana/9.2/` path to the current `/docs/explore-analyze/alerts-cases/alerts/` documentation structure.
