…isabling/enabling scheduled reports (elastic#247236) ## Summary Fixes elastic/response-ops-team#503 This PR adds request options params to `bulkEnable` and `bulkDisable` of scheduled reports tasks. So that it uses SO scoped client to update task. ### Checklist Check the PR satisfies following conditions.
