## Summary We're upgrading Ubuntu in our VMs to 24.04 - WIP branch for the change: elastic/ci-agent-images#1537 This PR adds schedules to trigger these builds *next to* the currently used Ubuntu 20.04 builds. Once elastic/ci-agent-images#1537 is merged, the old schedules should be deleted, and the added comments in the triggering should be enabled - prepared in this PR: elastic#229147 --------- Co-authored-by: Tiago Costa <tiago.costa@elastic.co>

## Summary Followup on #228189 - removes the Ubuntu 20 builds and triggers. Only builds Ubuntu 24.04 from now. Requires elastic/ci-agent-images#1537 to be merged first
