… UI (elastic#224669) ## Summary - This PR unhides rule severity toggle and body jsoneditor in UI. (kept hidden in PR : elastic#207255 ) - Add functional test related to `createAlert` subaction. - Remove unused variables from `translations.ts`. - Remove the custom template description from documentation. ### Checklist Check the PR satisfies following conditions.
