Wired streams are not available as a regular feature yet, but for internal testing we should make onboarding to them as simple as possible. However, when using the observability onboarding flows, the generated api keys to not grant permission to write to `logs,logs.*`. This PR extends the index patterns to do so. (cherry picked from commit 5da0e40)
